الملخص






يهدف البحث الى التعرف على مهارات التعاطف لدى طلبة جامعة دهوك وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق في مستوى مهارات التعاطف تبعاً لمتغير: الجنس (ذكور – اناث)، المرحلة (أولى – أخيرة)، التخصص الأكاديمي (طب عام، هندسة معماري، رياضيات، علوم كومبيوتر، الارشاد التربوي، علم الاجتماع)، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (420) طالباً وطالبة موزعين على 6 اختصاصات مختلفة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد مقياس مهارات التعاطف الذي تكون بصيغته النهائية من (36) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس بالاعتماد على (الصدق الظاهري، والتحليل الاحصائي للفقرات) والتحقق من الثبات بطريقتين هما (إعادة الاختبار، ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ)، وبعد تطبيق الأداة تم معالجة البيانات احصائياً باستخدام برنامج الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية التي يرمز لها ب (SPSS-V26)، وأظهرت النتائج على النحو الآتي:


1-   يتمتع طلبة جامعة دهوك بمستوى فوق المتوسط لمهارات التعاطف.


2-   وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في مستوى مهارات التعاطف لدى طلبة جامعة دهوك وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور – إناث) ولصالح الإناث، وفي التخصص الأكاديمي ولصالح طلبة الطب عام والإرشاد التربوي على بقية التخصصات الاكاديمية.


3-   عدم وجود فرق دال احصائياً في مستوى مهارات التعاطف لدى طلبة جامعة دهوك وفق متغير المرحلة (أولى – أخيرة)
