الملخص

أصبح التنمير Bullying ) ( ظاهرة عام ة ويومية يعيشها كل أف ا رد
المجتمع بسبب ظروف الحروب والأزمات الاقتصادية ،التي تعرض لها المجتمع
الع ا رقي على مدى عقود من الزمن وما ا زلت مستمرة الى يومنا هذا ، وامتدت
هذه الظاهرة لتشمل الصغار والكبار ، الأف ا رد والجماعات .
ويعد التنمير المدرسي ) Bullying School ( احيانا استم ا ر ا ر للعنف
الاسري ، وان تعرض تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية للعنف المدرسي بأشكاله المختلف ة
يؤثر في شخصياتهم، وخصوصا في الجوانب النفسية، فظهر العن ف
المدرسي بشكل لافت للنظر مما يشير إلى وجود مشكلة متنامية لها
مردودها وآثارها عل ى المجتمع وعلى سير العملية التعليمية داخل المدرسة بشكل
عام ، وفي قاعة الدرس بشكل خاص ، فقل ه احت ا رم المعلم ، وانعدام الانصياع
للتعليمات ، والقيام بسلوكيات عدوانية تجاه الآخرين، وسلوكيات التلاميذ السلبية
المختلفة في غرف ة الصف أصبحت من الظواهر المألوفة التي يواجهها المعلم
وا ن قل ة انتباه التلاميذ والانشغال بسلوكيات تخريبية مزعجة داخ ل غرف ة الص ف
تسبب ضياع الكثير من وقت التعليم خلال الحصة ، وتسبب انهماك المعلم
بكبح هذا العمل مستخدما طرقا تضر بسير العملية التربوية ،حيث يمكن إن
يؤدي إلى أ شكال مشوهة م ن العلاقات والسلوكيات ويفرز أنماطا م ن الشخصيات
مضطربة نفسيا وانفعاليا ، وهو الأمر الذي يؤدي بالضرورة إل ى إعادة إنتاج
التنمر سواء في داخل المدرسة أو في غيرها من المؤسسات الاجتماعية. لذا
هدف البحث التعرف على 1 - ا لتنمر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية . 2 - ا لفروق
في التنمر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس) ذكور – اناث (
. وبعد ان قام الباحث ببناء مقياس لمعرفة التنمر لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية.
طبق المقياس على ) 400 ( تلميذا وتلميذة , وبعد المعالجات الإحصائية توصل
الى النتائج الاتية.
1 - وجود سلوك تنمري لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية
2 - وجود سلوك تنمري لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس
ولصالح الذكور .
ومن ثم قام الباحثان بوض ع المقترحات والتوصيات لهذه الظاهرة
الخطيرة.
