الملخص





استهدف البحث التعرف على مستوى الشخصية الإتكالية وفاعلية الذات والعلاقة بينهما لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية والكشف عن الفروق وفق المتغير(التخصص) وتكونت عينة البحث الاساسية (114) طالبا وطالبة وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة عشوائية طبقية منتظمة كما قامت الباحثة باعداد المقياس للشخصية الإتكالية، اما مقياس فاعلية الذات قد تبنتى مقياس (يوسف، 2016)، واستخراج الصدق لهما وكذلك الثبات اعادة الاختبار وكان(0.80) لمقياس الشخصية الإتكالية و(0.83) لمقياس فاعلية الذات وتمت المعالجة للبيانات بصورة الاحصائية باستعمال الحقيبة الاحصائية SPSS، وقد توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من النتائج منها:


1.     يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المتوسط الحسابي في قياس الشخصية الإتكالية لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية.


2.     يوجد فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح المتوسط الفرضي في مقياس فاعلية الذات لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية.


3.     لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية في قياس الشخصية الإتكالية وفق متغير التخصص العلمي وإنساني لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية.


4.     لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائية في قياس فاعلية الذات وفق متغير التخصص العلمي وإنساني لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية.


5.     ان العلاقة بين الشخصية الإتكالية وفاعلية الذات هي علاقة ارتباطية طردية إيجابية لدى طلبة جامعة الحمدانية .


وبناء على نتائج البحث وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من الاستناجات والتوصيات والمقترحات
