الملخص





يحاول هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على مفهوم التأويل في أصول الفقه ومن ثم بيانه في الدرس اللساني والفلسفي الحديث ومدى تشابه التأويل في أصول الفقه مع الدراسات اللسانية والفلسفية الحديثة ومدى الاختلاف، ولا تحاول الدراسة هنا بيان اسبقية الجهة التي تناولت التأويل بقدر ما تحاول الوصل الى الفهم العميق للتأويل وآليات تطبيقه على النصوص والمنعطفات الى مر بها التأويل ليصل الى الصورة التي نراها في عصرنا الحاضر، وربّما كانت أصول الدين من أكثر الميادين التي اعتمدت بشكل كبير على التأويل في تحليل النصوص الدينية وفهمها؛ لذا وقع اختيارنا عليها لتكون منطلقا واساسا للوصل الى الدرس اللساني والفلسفي الحديث وبيان التشابه والاختلاف بين الميادين ومدى افادة أحدهما من الآخر، ومع أنّ الدراسة نظرية إلاّ أننا حاولنا ادراج مجموعة من الأمثلة التطبيقية؛ وبذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي، وتناولنا الموضوع من جوانب عدة هي: التأويل من اللغة إلى الاصطلاح، والتأويل في التراث العربي، والتأويل في الدرس اللساني والفلسفي الحديث، والنص والخطاب أفق التقاطع والتوافق بين أصول الفقه والدرس اللساني الحديث
