الملخص





يهدف البحث التعرف على العنف الأسري وتبعاته على المرأة، وما يترتب عليه من خطورة على حياة الفرد والأسرة والأضرار التي سوف ينتجها العنف الأسري، وقد استخدم المنهج دراسة الحالة وأداة المقابلة في عملية جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة التي تمَّ مقابلتها والتي هي خمس حالات لنساء معنفات من قبل ذويهن من الرجال داخل الأسرة في الجانب الأيمن من مدينة الموصل، وقد استنتج البحث أنَّ هناك عنف أسري على مختلف أشكاله سواء العنف اللفظي أو العنف الجسدي أو العنف النفسي، كما توصل البحث الى أنَّ جميع حالات العنف يتم في نهاية المطاف حل النزاع حسب القوانين والاعراف العشائرية السائدة في
المجتمع.
