الملخص





يتناول البحث المسائل الفقهية الخاصة بلفظ (فإن قلنا) في باب غسل الميت للنووي في كتابه المجموع (دراسة مقارنة) وذلك لما في الفنقلات من أهمية كبيرة في عرض المادة العلمية وإثارة المتعلمين وتشويقهم إلى معرفة النكات والفوائد وتثبيتها في أذهانهم فهي أسئلة فقهية افترضها الإمام النووي وجاوب عليها وقارنتها مع بقية أقوال الفقهاء من الائمة الأربعة مع بيان أي من الأقوال التي وافقها الإمام النووي في فنقلته وذكر أدلة كل فريق ومناقشتها مع بيان الرأي الراجح في المسألة
