الملخص
تعد المرتكزات الجغرافية العامل الاساسي والمهم لإقامة أي مدينة أو منطقة ، فـمعرفة الخصائص الطبيعية للمنطقة من حيث البنية الجيولوجية والتربة والسطح والمناخ لها تأثير كبير في نشأة المدينة فمن خلالها يتم معرفة نوع البناء والمحاصيل الزراعية وانواع الانشطة الممكن اقامتها، كما ان للخصائص البشرية دوراً بارزاً في معرفة توزيع سكان المنطقة ونوعهم وكثافتهم ، يهدف البحث بشكل أساسي إلى معرفة المرتكزات الجغرافية الرئيسة (الخصائص الطبيعية والبشرية) التي تضمها ناحية الشورة وابراز اثرها في نشأة منطقة الدراسة وتطورها وما دور الخصائص الطبيعية في معرفة البناء المناسب ونوع المزروعات الممكن زراعتها ، وتركزت مشكلة البحث في معرفة ما اثر المرتكزات الجغرافية في نشأة ونمو وتطور ناحية الشورة ، وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج منها تحتوي ناحية الشورة على تراكيب جيولوجية مهمة وتربة جيدة صالحة للزراعة ادت الى نمو وتطور ناحية الشورة. كما تحظى ناحية الشورة باعتدال مناخي من حرارة معتدلة في معظم ايام السنة وتساقط امطار فصلية تبلغ ذروتها في فصلي الربيع والشتاء ومعدل سرعة رياح يصل الى (5.47 م/ثا) ومستوى رطوبي جيد ساعد على اقامة الخدمات وتجمع السكان فيها. و زيادة عدد السكان في منطقة الدراسة وخاصة بعد عام 2020 إذ زاد معدل النمو السكاني في عام 2023 كما زاد عدد الذكور عن الاناث وزيادة عدد الريف عن الحضر بمعدلات عالية. و زيادة عدد الخدمات في ناحية الشورة من خدمات تعليمية وبلغت 55 مدرسة ابتدائية و27 مدرسة ثانوية ، كما زادت الخدمات الصحية وبلغت 17 مركز صحي وزيادة الخدمات الادارية وبلغت 12 مركز اداري فيها
