المخاطر الخارجية الرئيسة المهددة للأمن النفطي العراقي (دراسة في الجغرافية السياسية)

الملخص

يكتسب النفط أهميته كسلعة حيوي اثرت وتؤثر في صياغة المشهد الاقتصادي العراقي؛ يصنف الاقتصاد العراقي بانه اقتصاد احادي الجانب يعتمد مستوى النشاط الاقتصادي على الإيرادات النفطية ؛  ولم يؤثر شيء في احوال العراق مثلما اثر النفط ؛ فمنذ اكتشافه والتغيرات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعي تترا على البلاد؛ ويهدف البحث الى دراسة المخاطر الخارجية التي تهدد الامن النفطي العراقي؛ حيث ركز البحث على التدخل الخارجي والاطماع الإقليمية والدولية على النفط العراقي ؛ ظهر لنا التنافس والاطماع الدولية على النفط العراقي منذ ان كان تحت حكم الخلافة العثمانية حتى يومنا هذه حيث أنتهى التنافس بالهيمنة على النفط العراقي من خلال الشركات الدولية(جولات التراخيص) التي تعتبر أداة بيد دولها الأم لتنفيذ اجندتها ؛ بالإضافة الى مخاطر أخرى تناولها البحث منها ما يتعلق بتقلبات أسعار النفط  واشكاليات التعاون مع منظمة أوبك والتوجه نحو الطاقة البديلة حيث تعتبر من المخاطر المهددة للأمن النفطي العراقي؛ أدت هذه المخاطر الى اضعاف القطاع النفطي العراقي الذي يعتبر اهم مورد اقتصادي للبلد لذلك انعكست هذه المخاطر على الاقتصاد العراقي .
