الملخص

يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على اخلاقيات مهنة الارشاد التربوي لدى المرشدين التربويين ودرجة الالتزام بها في ضوء بعض المتغيرات، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (127)  كلا الجنسين بواقع (67) مرشدا و(60) مرشدة  في محافظة البصرة  كما تم بناء أداة البحث المتكونة من (31) فقرة  وقد عملت الباحثة له صدق وثبات وكان سلم التقدير ثلاثي(تنطبق =3) (تنطبق أحيانا=2) (لا تنطبق =1) وتكون الاستبيان من ثلاث مجالات , المجال الأول (علاقة المرشد بمهنته والثاني مجال المرشد مع زملائه والمجال الثالث  علاقة المرشد بمجتمعه )وفسرت نتائج الدراسة بعد استعمال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (spss) توصلت الباحثة للنتائج الاتية :



  • وجود فروق باختلاف متغير الجنس تعزى لصالح المرشدين الذكور.


2-وجود فروق بحسب سنوات الخبرة تعزى لصالح المرشدين الذكور الذين خدمتهم اكثر من 12 سنة ،وقد توصلت الباحثة الى مجموعة من التوصيات منها الاهتمام بإثراء البرامج التدريبية الخاصة بالمرشدين باخلاقيات المهنة، إذ يعد التدريب عنصراً مهماً في زيادة حساسية المرشد للأمور الأخلاقية، مما يؤدي إلى تحسين مستوى الأداء الأخلاقي .
