Abstract

In the thought of Malek Bennabi, the concepts of da'wah (Islamic call) and education are fundamental pillars of the civilizational revival project. They are closely tied to his holistic vision of building both the individual and the Muslim society. Here are the key features of these concepts within his thought :
Da'wah Not merely religious preaching: Malek Bennabi does not see da'wah as merely missionary or sermonic work, but as a comprehensive process aimed at awakening the conscience of the nation and stimulating collective awareness .
Linked to liberation and civilizational transformation: True da'wah, in his view, means moving individuals from a state of dependency and backwardness to one of effectiveness and civilizational presence .
A call to thought and action: He believes that da'wah should go beyond slogans; it must instill in the recipient the ability to think, a love of work, and the will to bring about change
