Abstract

 


الملخص


يهدف البحث التعرف إلى:


1- مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى المرشديين التربويين في مدينة الموصل


2- الفروق في مستوى المناعة النفسية حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث).


3-الفروقات في مستوى المناعة النفسية حسب متغير مدة خدمة(أقل من6سنوات، أكثر من10سنوات).


تكونت عينة البحث من 100 مرشد ومرشدة من إجمالي 307 مرشدين ومرشدات، ومثلت عينة البحث 30% من مجتمع البحث. وتم استخدام مقياس (المناعة النفسية) المكون من 50 فقرة. وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام معامل ارتباط بيرسون واختبار (ت) لعينتين مرتبطتين وعينة واحدة باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS وبرنامج جداول البيانات Excel على الحاسوب، أظهرت النتائج ما يلي::


1. إن المرشديين والمرشدات لديهم مستوى جيد من المناعة النفسية 


2. لا يوجد فرق دال أحصائيا تبعاً لمتغر الجنس (ذكور- أناث)


2. لا يوجد فرق دال أحصائيا تبعا لمتغر مدة الخدمة (أقل من 6سنوات- أكثر من 10 سنوات)
