Abstract





Colin Powell Was Born In 1937 In Harlem In New York City, A Middle-Income Residential Neighborhood. This Social And Economic Environment Formed An Important Part Of His Early Experience, As He Belonged To A Close-Knit Family, And This Provided Him With Important Emotional And Moral Support In His Childhood And Youth He Also Obtained A Good Education In His Studies.  He Graduated From City College University In New York, And This Provided Him With A Strong Knowledge Base. In 1958, He Joined The Us Army And Graduated With The Rank Of Lieutenant. He Served In The War During The Us-Vietnamese War, Which Gave Him Practical And Leadership Experience. In General, The Interaction Between The Surrounding Environment, Education, Training, Military Experience, And Personal Traits  He Contributed To The Formation Of Colin Powell’s Personality And The Development Of His Leadership And Technical Skills Over The Years. Throughout His Career, Colin Powell Was Able To Adapt To New Changes And Challenges. In 1971, Colin Powell Was An Officer In The Us Army, And During His Service He Obtained A Master’s Degree In Public Administration From  George Washington Graduate School
