Abstract
The topic of the research revealed the written resources transferred from the close and contemporary books of Ibn Saeed - Ali bin Musa bin Abd al-Malik bin Saeed as one of the most prominent Andalusian writers, grammarians and historians in the seventh century AH in his book “Al-Ghusun Al-Yana’i’a”, which is a book of biographies of poets, writers, and scholars from the seventh century AH / The thirteenth century AD, the common denominator among them was poetry, and the research consisted of five main points, which are various books that were classified according to the common relationship between them, such as general history books, local history books, travel books, and others, and in it we highlighted giving a historical overview of these books while attributing the texts to Its original sources and a statement of the historian’s methods in transferring from those sources.
