Abstract

The research deals with the partial objectives according to Al-Kamal Ibn Al-Hammam - may God have mercy on him - in his book Fath Al-Qadeer, the two issues: wiping over the socks and tayammum. The research was divided into an introduction and two sections. The first topic: It is an introduction to the partial objectives, the translation of Ibn Al-Hammam, and his book Fath Al-Qadeer, and it includes three topics. Demands:The first requirement: Definition of the partial objectives, The second requirement: Translation of Ibn Al-Hammam - may God have mercy on him -, The third requirement: Introduction to the book of Fath Al-Qadeer, As for the second topic: It dealt with the partial objectives in the two issues of wiping over the socks and requiring the intention of tayammum, so it included two requirements.


The first: The partial objectives in wiping over the socks and the second requirement: The partial objectives in requiring the intention of tayammum. These issues were studied according to the following order:


 


Ibn al-Hammam’s statement on the issue and the study of the issue, and then the partial objectives in the issue, and the conclusion. I ended the research with a conclusion that included: The most important results, and then mention the sources and references that I relied on in the research
