توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم الجامعي: فوائده وتحديات استخدامه

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى تقصي واقع استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في
التعليم الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، وتسليط الضوء على
فوائده، وتحدياته، والحلول المقترحة لتجاوز العقبات المرتبطة به. تم اعتماد
المنهج الوصفي، حيث صُممت استبانة اشتملت على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية:
الأول تناول الفوائد التي يمكن أن تحققها تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التعليم
الجامعي، ركز المحور الثاني على المخاطر التي تواجه هذا التوظيف، أما
المحور الثالث فركز على الحلول المقترحة لمواجهة هذه التحديات، طبقت على
176 عضو هيئة تدريسية، توصلت النتائج إلى مجموعة من الفوائد التي تسهم
في تحسين جودة التعليم، منها تعزيز التفاعل، وتوفير بيئات تعليمية أكثر تكيفًا
مع احتياجات الطلاب، ودعم عمليات التقييم والمتابعة الأكاديمية، ومن أبر ز
المخاطر التي توصلت إليها النتائج الاعتماد المفرط على التقنيات، إضافة إلى
التحديات المتعلقة بالبنية التحتية، وأخلاقيات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في
العملية التعليمية . خلص البحث إلى عدة توصيات منها ضرورة وضع خطة
است ا رتيجية واضحة لإدماج هذه التقنيات في التعليم الجامعي، والعمل على تطوير
البنية التحتية الرقمية من خلال توفير الأجهزة الذكية والمنصات التفاعلية الداعمة
للتعليم الإلكتروني. تنمية الكفايات الرقمية للهيئة التدريسية من خلال ب ا رمج
تدريبية تركز على الجوانب التطبيقية والأخلاقيات الرقمية، بما يمكنهم من
توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي كأداة داعمة لا مُهيمنة، إدماج مقر ا رت أكاديمية
تُعنى بتأهيل الطلاب وأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لفهم آليات عمل الذكاء
الاصطناعي وتأثي ا رته المجتمعية، مع التركيز على الجانب النقدي لاستخداماته.
