تقويم دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية للصف السادس الابتدائي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات من وجهة نظرهم

الملخص





يهدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على مستوى تقويم دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية للصف السادس الابتدائي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات (الجنس, قناة التأهيل), واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي, واختارت عينة بحثها من معلمي اللغة الانكليزية, وبلغ عددها(190) معلماً ومعلمة في محافظة ميسان للعام الدراسي 2022-2023 تم اختيارهم على وفق العينة العشوائية الطبقية المتناسبة(10%) من المجتمع الكلي, ولتحقيق هدف البحث والإجابة عن أسئلته أعدت الباحثة أداة للبحث وهي: الاستبانة وتكونت من (49) فقرة موزعة على (7) مجالات هي: (الشكل العام والإخراج الفني, مقدمة الدَّليلِ, اهداف الدليل, محتوى الدليل, أساليب عرض المحتوى, الأنشطة, أساليب التقويم)، وبعد عرض الأداة على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين المختصين استخرجت الباحثة الصدق والثبات ، وتم حساب ثباتها بطريقة الفا-كرونباخ وبلغت(0,88), وبعد ذلك طبقت الباحثة أداة البحث الكترونياً بدءاً من تاريخ 2/3/2023 ولغاية 2/4/2023, وحللت نتائجها مستعملة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss),وبرنامج (Excel) , وأظهرت النتائج:


1-   أن مستوى تقويم دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية للصف السادس الابتدائي في ضوء بعض المتغيرات بصورة عامة, كانت بدرجة متوسطة.


2-    وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى(0,05) بين المتوسطات المتحققة والمتوسط الفرضي ولصالح  المتوسط الفرضي .


3-   وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى  (0,05) بين متوسطي تقويم دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية تبعاَ لمتغير الجنس(ذكور, إناث) ولصالح فئة الاناث, بينما لا يوجد فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى(0,05) بين متوسطي تقويم دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية تبعاَ لمتغير قناة التأهيل(معهد معلمين, كليات التربية الاساسية). 


       وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الاستنتاجات منها: لم يحقق دليل معلمي اللغة الانكليزية المستوى المطلوب, فقد برزت الكثير من جوانب الضعف فيه. فضلاً عن تقديم عدد من التوصيات للجهات ذات العلاقة منها: ضرورة اخذ لجنة المناهج في وزارة التربية بآراء معلمي اللغة الانكليزية والسادة والسيدات مشرفي الاختصاص في تحسين هذا الكتاب وإشراكهم في لجان التأليف والتطوير.


      وأخيراً قدمت الباحثة عدد من العناوين للبحوث المستقبلية منها: تقويم كتب دليل اللغة الانكليزية للصفوف الدراسية الأخرى في ضوء حاجات معلمين اللغة الانكليزية , والخبرة التدريسية , او في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة.
