معوقات البحث العلمي في جامعة گرميان من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيأة التدريسية (دراسة ميدانية- كليات جامعة گرميان)

الملخص





هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات المالية والإدارية والتقنية والذاتية التي تواجه الباحثين في جامعة گرميان، وتحديد ما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء المشاركين في البحث حول أهم معوقات البحث العلمي في الجامعة يعزى إلى المتغيرات التالية(عدد سنوات الخدمة، المؤهل العلمي، الفرع العلمي الذي ينتمي إليه المشارك). شارك في الدراسة 100 باحث وباحثة من تدريسي جامعة گرميان. قام الباحث ببناء استبانة مكون من 34 سؤالا. تحقق الباحث من الصدق الظاهري لأداة الدراسة من خلال عرضها على لجنة من المحكمين ذوي الخبرة و الاختصاص في هذا المجال. وعلى ضوء المقترحات التي أبداها المحكمون صوب الباحث و دمج و حذف بعض فقرات الاستبانة. وبذلك اتخذت الاستبانة شكلها النهائي و أصبحت تتألف من 28 فقرة موزعة على المحاور الاربعة للدراسة. وللتأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبانة، تم التحقق من الصدق التمييزي من خلال عينة استكشافية مكونة من 30 فردا، في حين تقيّم الاتساق الداخلي باستخدام طريقة ألفا كرونباخ، والتي أسفرت عن مستوى عال من الثبات (α = 0.890). أكدت طريقة التجزئة النصفية أيضا ثبات الاستبانة.أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن العقبات المالية كانت الأكثر بروزا، تليها التحديات التقنية، ومن ثم المعوقات الشخصية، والمعوقات الإدارية في المرتبة الأخيرة. كما لم تكشف نتائج الدراسة عن وجود أي فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء المشاركين في البحث بشأن معوقات البحث العلمي في جامعة گرميان بناء على أي من المتغيرات المدروسة.
