الملخص





يهدف البحث إلى معرفة مقدرات الثروة النفطية التي يمتلكها العراق سواء في مجال الاحتياطي المؤكد أو مجال الإنتاج ، ومعرفة الوزن الدولي والعربي للنفط العراقي الذي أعطاه أهمية كبيرة في استراتيجيات الدول الصناعية الكبرى وخاصة الصين التي تفتقر إلى موارد الطاقة النفطية فاتجهت للإستثمار في مجال حقول النفط العراقية ،وكذلك الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي تعد السيطرة على نفط العراق هدفا ستراتيجياً لها لمنع وصوله للدول التي ترى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إنها أصبحت ندا لها ،.وتوصل البحث الى عدة نتائج اهمها إرتفاع نسبة إستثمارات الشركات النفطية الصينية مقارنة بنسبة إستثمارات الشركات النفطية الأمريكية ، كما إن الشركات النفطية الصينية والأمريكية المشتثمرة في حقول النفط العراقية لم تلتزم في الوصول الى إلى الإنتاج المستهدف الذي حددته الحكومة العراقية كشرط لإبرام العقود مع تلك الشركات ،وعلى الرغم من كل السلبيات التي رافقت العقود الإستثمارية الأجنبية في العراق إلا انها رفعت من إنتاج العراق النفطي
